Please follow the below steps if you need to send us detailed data about your PC.
- Select "Run" from your Windows Start Menu.
- When a window appears, enter "dxdiag" in the box.
- Once the "dxdiag" window opens, click on "Save All Data"
- Attach the saved text file to a customer inquiry e-mail and click send.
Please note that while your PC's details such as its name, configuration and settings will be displayed on the file, no private or confidential data that can identify you inperson will not be included.
