Tournament Regulations
< Rules and Regulations >
- Players who disconnect during Duels (regardless of intent) or who are not in the Lobby at the time when the Duel starts automatically lose that Duel.
- If neither of the players pitched together in a Duel are in the Lobby at the start of the Duel, there will be no winner.
- In the Duel, players are allocated 180 seconds per turn and 60 seconds to decide whether or not to activate or chain traps during the opponent's turn.
Total allocated time will be 10 minutes per player. Players will lose the Duel if they use up the allocated time.
- If a Duel during a Preliminary Tournament ends in a draw, the winner will be decided by a game of Rock, Paper and Scissors.
- If a Match during the Final Tournament ends in a draw, i.e. the last of the three Duels ends in a draw, then the winner will be decided by a game of Rock, Paper and Scissors.
- If Rock, Paper and Scissors fails to produce a winner during the allocated time, both Duelists will lose that Duel.
- Deck Editing is allowed during both the Preliminary and Final Tournaments, however, should Duel time come, the player will be forcibly transferred to the Duel screen.
In such a case, the changes made in the Deck Editing may not be reflected.
- Even for Duels where the Win-Loss judgment may have differed from the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading card Battle", the result will stand.
However, as listed in the Penalties section, players who deliberately exploit bugs in the game in order to win will be disqualified.
- The cards which can be used during the Tournaments will be set by "Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE Banned and Restricted Cards."
- If a player experiences problems with the Network, Application, Server, or OS, the Duel will not be replayed.
- There will be no special provisions made for players who can not connect to the Tournament server for whatever reason...
- If your User ID Contains a Player who has become a QUALIFIER for the FINAL TOURNAMENT for this series of Events, you will not be able to enter further PRELIMINARY TOURNAMENTS.
